How do I make updates to my website?

To make updates to your website send us an email at helpdesk@servicelifter.com. If the edits are simple, you can send them in an email. If they’re more complicated, we can send you a Markup Link to easily add edits on multiple pages!

How do I add someone to my GMB?

To add someone (like an employee) as a manager to a Google Business Profile, follow these steps:

On Desktop:

  1. Sign in to Google Business Profile Manager.
  2. Select the Business: If you manage multiple locations, choose the one you want to add a manager to.
  3. Click on ‘Businesses’ (if applicable) and select your business.
  4. Click on (⋮) > Business Profile Settings.
  5. Go to ‘People and Access’
  6. Click ‘Add’ or ‘Invite’: Look for an option to add a new manager.
  7. Enter the Email Address of the person you want to invite.
  8. Choose a Role:
    • Manager: Can edit business info but cannot remove owners.
  9. Click ‘Invite’.
  10. The invitee will receive an email to accept the invitation.

On Mobile (Google Maps App):

  1. Open the Google Maps app.
  2. Tap on your Profile Picture (top right).
  3. Select Your Business Profiles.
  4. Choose the business you want to add a manager to.
  5. Tap More (⋮) > Business Profile Settings.
  6. Select Managers.
  7. Tap Add people and enter their email.
  8. Choose their Role.
  9. Tap Send invitation.
